Cookie Notice

This Cookie Notice explains how Tiktickets LLC, doing business as GoTribuno, 131 Continental Dr Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, uses cookies and similar technologies on the Platform. It is part of the Privacy Policy.

1. What this notice covers

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. We also use pixels, web beacons, software development kits (SDKs) and local storage. In this notice, “cookies” includes all of those tools.

Some cookies are set by GoTribuno (first-party). Some are set by companies that help us run payments, security, analytics or advertising (third-party).

2. How we use cookies

We use cookies to:

  • keep you signed in and complete checkout;
  • protect accounts, payments and listings against fraud and abuse;
  • remember your language and regional settings;
  • measure how the Platform is used and find errors;
  • remember recent events and saved searches;
  • deliver and measure advertising.

Essential cookies are required to provide the core services you request. You can control or disable other technologies directly via your browser settings.

4. How long cookies last

Session cookies end when you close your browser. Persistent cookies last for the period each cookie sets — typically up to 13 months for analytics and advertising, and longer for a remembered-login token you chose to keep.

5. Your choices

  • Block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Note that disabling essential cookies may break login, checkout, and account security features.
  • Where law requires it, a valid Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal is treated as an opt-out of sale, sharing, and targeted advertising for that browser.
  • To make a privacy or opt-out request that is not limited to this browser, email support@gotribuno.com with the subject “Do Not Sell or Share” or “Privacy Request.”

6. Managing cookies in your browser

Most browsers allow you to view, manage, and delete cookies through their settings or preferences. You can continue to use the Platform if you restrict cookies, though some features (such as checkout and saved preferences) may function suboptimally or require re-authentication.

7. Third parties

Payment processors, security and fraud vendors, hosting providers, and analytics or advertising partners may set cookies when you use the Platform. Those companies process information under their own notices as well as under contracts with us. We do not let advertising partners use seller tax identifiers, payout bank details, or Guarantee claim photos.

8. Children

The Platform is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly use cookies to collect personal information from children under 13, or under 16 where that higher age is required.

9. Changes

We may update this Cookie Notice periodically. The updated date will reflect any revisions.
